Tony McCoy has opted to ride Butler's Cabin in the Grand National on Saturday.

McCoy has failed to win the world's most famous steeplechase in 13 previous attempts and has been deliberating all week which one of four horses he would ride for the JP McManus stable.

After leaving the decision as late as possible, the 13-times champion jockey has sided with Butler's Cabin, whom he rode and fell from last year on the second circuit at Becher's Brook.

"Tony has decided to go with Butler's Cabin and all four horses will run," said McManus's racing manager, Frank Berry. "Robert Thornton will ride L'Ami, Noel Fehily rides Can't Buy Time and Mark Walsh rides Reveillez."

Butler's Cabin is the 10–1 second favourite to win the Aintree race.

There have been no withdrawals among the top 40 at the final entry stage and Zabenz is the last horse to get into race at the bottom of the weights.

There are four reserves - Maljimar, Companero, Iron Man and Patsy Hall. If there are any withdrawals before 9am on Friday, the day before the race, those reserves gain entry to the National in that order.
